16.3  An IOD shall be allowed to discard its worst score if six races are completed in a series. It may discard its worst two scores if ten or more races are completed in a series.

16.4  A boat that does not come to the starting area (DNC) shall be scored for the finishing place one more than the number of boats that come to the starting area.  This changes RRS
