The Northeast Harbor Fleet & Clifton Dock Corporation maintain two mooring fields at Clifton Dock and Gilpatrick Cove. Moorings are rented only to members of Northeast Harbor Fleet. A waiting list is kept by the Operations Manager. Any mooring fee or membership dues unpaid by March 31st shall trigger forfeiture of the mooring. Boat length includes swim platform and outboard engine in up position. Empty moorings may only be reassigned by the Fleet Operations Manager. Members may not loan their Fleet mooring to another boat owner.
